15.1 Maintenance plan (recommendations)
Work on the device may be carried out only by qualified, specially
trained personnel.
NOTE! After maintenance work has been carried out,
ALL
gaskets
should be replaced.
After having added water to the system, tighten all the connections
before performing leak test.
Check the connections and tighten if necessary after heat up of the
system.
Please note that the connections may be supplied with EPDM rubber
gaskets!
Therefore take care not to overstrain the union nuts, as
this may result in leaks.
The manufacturer accepts no liability for
leaks that result from overstrain of union nuts.

Check all connections for leakages
In case of leakages replace gaskets and tighten connections.
Check the functions of the safety valve on the DCW inlet pipe
Check the functions of the safety valves by turning the valve head of the
safety valve
General visual check of all components for damage and
functions
In case of obvious damage or irregularities check the functions of the
component and replace if necessary
Clean all filters and strainers in the substation
Replace the filters and strainers if the are damaged.
Check the functions of electric and electronic components,
switches etc.
Visual control. Make sure that manual switching on and off is possible.
Check pipes and heat exchangers for corrosion
Visual control
Check the functions of the insulation cover
Check that the insulation cover fits closely to the product
Check that the temperature controllers are set according to
the instructions in this instruction manual
Follow the instructions in this instruction manual
Check the functions of all shut-off valves
Open and close shut-off valves
