LED Functionality Index

Zpen User’s Guide

Emailing

Multiplatform Viewer simplifies the process of emailing a document by

automatically attaching it to an email message as a PDF file. Emailed

documents are always sent in PDF format.

You can email Pen&Ink Viewer documents using the following method:

Email as PDF:

Emailing in this manner emails the entire document as

PDF file.

To email an entire document:

Click the

E-mail

button in the toolbar or select

File

Email As

PDF

in the menu bar. This automatically opens an email window from

your default email program.

Select or enter the intended recipients. You can add a subject and

message as you would when sending a regular email message.

Click

Send

. Your email program automatically sends the message.
