8 CHECKS
8.1 FIRST START-UP CHECKS:
Before starting the pump drive, check the following:
•
Check that the rotation direction of the pumps corresponds to the direction of the pump drive outputs.
•
Check that all oil plugs are in the correct position (see paragraph "Configurations:" page 9).
•
Check that all oil levels are correct.
•
Check that all the bolts with ISO metric threads are correctly tightened (see bolt tightening torque table "Bolt Tightening
Torque Table:" page 23).
CAUTION
The pump drives are shipped without oil. The customer is responsible for filling such devices (see paragraph "Lubrication"
page 20).
