Exposure Mode
ExposureMode
Sets the
operation mode for the camera’s
exposure (or shutter). (RO)
Beginner
Timed
Timed The sensor lines are exposed at the same
time. The exposure duration time is set
using the Exposure Time feature. If the
lines have different exposure times then
the longest starts immediately after the
line trigger and the others are delayed so
that they all finish at the same time.
Sequential
Sequential Put the camera in a mode where each line
will be exposed separately but in a serial
sequence
Exposure Time
Selector
exposureTimeSelector
Select which sensor line the exposure time
applies to
Beginner
DFNC
Exposure Delay
exposureDelay
In Sequential exposure mode this feature
defines the delay before each line is
exposed. May be different for each row.
Beginner
DFNC
Exposure Time
ExposureTime
Sets the exposure time (in microseconds).
Beginner
Direction Source
SensorScanDirectionSource
This feature specifies how the scan
direction is controlled.
Beginner
Internal
Internal Direction set with the sensorScanDirection
feature
Line 2
GPIO2 Direction controlled by Line 2:
Forward: low
Reverse: high
Rotary Encoder
Encoder Direction is determined from the shaft
encoder. Only available when shaft
encoder has been selected as the trigger
source.
Internal Scan
Direction
sensorScanDirection
When ScanDirectionSource is set to
Internal, determines the direction of the
scan.

Gain Selector
GainSelector
Used to select which sensor line the gain is
applied to.
Beginner
System Gain
System Overall camera gain applied to every
sensor line equally.
All Rows
All Gain applied to all sensor lines.
Sensor Row 0
Line0 Gain applied to all sensor row 0 only.
Sensor Row 1
Line1 Gain applied to all sensor row 1 only.
Sensor Row 2
Line2 Gain applied to all sensor row 2 only.
Sensor Row 3
Line3 Gain applied to all sensor row 3 only.
Gain
Gain
Sets the gain as per the gain selector
setting.
Beginner
Black Level
BlackLevel
Controls the black level as an absolute
physical value. This represents a DC offset
applied to the video signal, in DN (digital
number) units. The value may be positive
or negative.
