Use:
The FEL ceiling fan in a metal casing with 100, 125 and 150 mm outlet apertures is designed for ventilation
systems in industrial or residential buildings, swimming pools, multi
-
dwelling buildings, offices, hospitals,
restaurants and other areas heated during winter. The air blown by the fan does not have to contain dust,
hard impurities, sticky substances or fibrous materials. The ambient air temperature may
not exceed the
values. The fan is designed to be installed between a ceiling structure and a suspended ceiling with fixing to
the ceiling structure by means of suspended mounting brackets or on the wall by means of a bracket or side
mounting. The fan is designed for long
-
term operation without disconnecting from the mains. Depending on
the type of protection against electric shock, the fan is one of the class I cutlery
Safety:
All activities related to the wiring, adjustment, maintenance and repair of the product can only be performed
after the fan has been disconnected from the mains. The wiring must only be carried out by a qualified
professional who has the right to work independently with electrical equipment up to 1000 V and after
examining this manual. Before installation, make sure that there is no obvious damage to the work wheel,
bushing, grille, as well as the absence of foreign objects in the flow part of the bushing, which can damage the
blades of the work wheel. It is forbidden to use the fan outside the intended use and to subject it to any
modifications and modifications. The ventilator is not intended for use by children, persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities, and also in the absence of life experience or knowledge unless
supervised or instructed by a person responsible for their safety. It is forbidden to use the ventilator in an
environment that contains lightly flammable substances or vapors, such as air. Alcohol, petrol, etc. The fans
are supplied with 230 V, 50/60 Hz single
-
phase alternating current.
Connection:
Disconnect the fan from the power source (mains) before performing any operations with the fan. The fan
must be connected to the mains by a qualified electrician. Nominal values of the electrical parameters of
the
fan are stated on the sticker of the factory. Any changes to the internal circuitry are prohibited and will void
the warranty. The fan is supplied with a single
-
phase AC voltage of 230 V, 50/60 Hz. The fan is connected with
insulated, solid and heat
-r
esistant wires (cable, cords). On the external power input (230 V, 50/60 Hz), an
automatic switch must be installed in the stationary mains supply, switching off all phases of the mains. The
external QF switch must be positioned so that it is easily accessible for operative shutdown of the fan. The
protection current must correspond to the fan current. The recommended nominal current of the automatic
switch is 0.6 A; conductor cross section
-
0,5 mm. These conductor cross
-
sections are preliminary; in fact,
the
suitable cross
-
section is determined by the maximum permissible heating of the conductor depending on the
conductor type, its insulation and the way it is laid
-
in air, pipes, wall
Maintenance:
Technical maintenance of the fans consists of similar cleaning of the surface of dust and dirt when the fan is
disconnected from the mains. The filter requires replacement when contaminated, but at least every 6
months.
