DOOR AND TRUNK LATCH WIRING.
Latches and latch actuators are not included in the base kit. These are available separately. If
door motors or solenoids are already mounted in the vehicle, the remote entry system can
connect directly to them.
For solenoids which require more than 10 amps, such as
Dakota Digital’s PDR-2, an external relay should be used for powering the solenoid.
