LIMITED WARRANTY
WARRANTY POLICY
This product is covered by a 2 year manufactures warranty, from the date of purchase. The warranty covers
manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not cover malfunctions due to misuse
or due to failure to follow the instructions in the instruction manual. Any alterations to the product are to be
performed by an approved service agent. Any repairs performed by non-approved personnel may void the
warranty.
To make a claim, contact your point of purchase. You will be asked to provide proof of purchase and then will
be instructed on the procedure for repairing or replacement of the product under warranty. All costs incurred for
repair or replace, and additional claims can be discussed at this stage.
This warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies you have under law. Our goods come with
guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or
refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are
also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure
does not amount to a major failure.
