TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS
If your ELEMENT/BOLT is stuck, frozen, or otherwise unresponsive:
Try a forced reboot and/or factory reset as described below.
Forced reboot:
Hold down the power button for 10 seconds to perform a forced reboot. e.g. Generally used
if the screen becomes non-responsive.
Factory reset:
accessible from the
Settings
page, then
System Info
this option restores all settings to
factory defaults.
Warning:
a factory reset will delete all workouts stored on the device
If this doesn't solve the issue, try charging the ELEMNT/BOLT using a wall outlet for 1 hour or more. Avoid using
Apple brand USB blocks as some do not provide a full charge. After 1 hour, press and hold the power button for 10
seconds.
If your ELEMENT/BOLT reboots continuously in a loop:
