Outdoor Fan / Fan Motor

Removal Procedure

2. Tips for removing the fan.

Fan and fan motor can be 
removed without removing 
the front panel (1).

Remove the top panel 
and front panel (2) and 
the right side panel.

Remove the shield 
plate.

Disconnect the 
connector [S70] and 
release the fan motor 
lead wire.

Remove the screw, and 
unfasten the 2 hooks of 
the fan motor fixing 
frame.

Remove the 2 screws 
at the bottom from the 
top.

Pull out the fan motor 
fixing frame and 
outdoor fan from the 
top.

Use a long screwdriver or a 
jig.

For easy access to the 
bottom part, top part of the 
fan motor fixing frame can 
be removed by removing 4 
screws.
