No arc generated
5. A high frequency has not been generated.
1. The length of an arc is too short.
Electrode damaged
2. The flow rate of an argon gas is not enough.
1. The welding current is too large in proportion to the
diameter of an electrode.
Electrode melted
2. The polarity of an electrode is wrong.
1. Coolant has not flowed enough.
Torch body heated
2. The tightened parts became loose.
