For “Use 24-hour format”, make sure if it is checked as shown on the right for the precise
operation of device and never change it.

Service is possible to use only if connected to internet. Be sure to connect to a
wireless LAN.

Connect to WiFi by clicking Check Box on Wi-Fi window, and enter password if it requires.
Be sure to check if USB dongle is properly installed if WiFi signal is not available. (check
flashing LED light)
