button. Do the same for the date, selecting them by pressing the
memory button and confirming with the settings button.
Once you have confirmed the date, the device will then move to
the time settings, with the time flashing. Press the memory button
to increase the time, selecting any time from 0 to 23, confirming
with the settings button. Once you have confirmed the time, the
digits corresponding to the minutes will start to flash, which you
can select by pressing the memory button, selecting from between
00 and 59, and confirming the time selected with the settings
button.
Taking a reading.
Fit the cuff onto the left wrist with the body of the device from
the inside of the wrist as indicated in Fig. 1, ensuring that you
are not wearing any watch or bracelet on the wrist you are going to
take the reading from, and that the sleeve of your clothing is not
exercising any excessive pressure on your arm as this could reduce
blood flow to the same.
Rest for 5 minutes before starting the reading. Otherwise, there
may be inaccuracies.
