PROBLEM
SOLUTION
The pad does
not heat up
The pre-selected time stop may have
been activated, or the safety autostop.
Check that the pad is operating, checking
that any one of the blue LEDs is on.
If in doubt, press any keys to return to
Free mode, or turn on the ON / OFF side
button.
After turning it on, the
control screen is not
configured in Free
mode, temperature
level 1 and the pad
does not heat up.
The control may have an abnormality dur-
ing start-up leading to the locking of the
pad’s operation for safety reasons.
Turn the control off and on again. If the
problem continues, contact an authorised
technical support service centre.
After turning it on,
the control screen
is configured in Free
mode, temperature
level 1 but the pad
does not heat up.
If the pad does not heat up, cover it with
a blanket, towel or thick cloth ,place the
regulator in the maximum setting and
wait for 45 minutes
If it still does not heat up, contact our au-
thorised technical service. Checks made
on the pad outdoors are not reliable as
this may lead to erroneous heat readings.
The pad only
heats up a little
If the heat felt is considered insufficient
at its maximum setting, we recommend
placing the pad directly in contact with
your skin, covering the opposite side of
the pad with a towel or similar garment,
thus preventing the heat from dissipating
into the air.
The control
screen displays
incomprehensible
information.
The LEDs flash
continuously.
The control may have an abnormality,
leading to the locking of the pad’s oper-
ation for safety reasons. Turn the control
off and on again. If the problem contin-
ues, contact an authorised technical sup-
port service centre.
The pads reach temperatures of between 70º y 80º C at its maximum
setting. This is for guidelines purposes only. The readings take place
in laboratory conditions, according to procedure described in stand-
ard UNE-EN 60335-2-17.
