COURSE PROBLEM (DAMAGED) PARTS CAUSE SOLUTION
Difference between Guide Filter and Tub I. Reassemble or change the Guide Filter.
Guide Filter
Tub I
Pulsator
Cover Tub O
Balancer
Not proper water level (Textile is too much). Take a proper water level.
Nut Pulley fix is loosed. Tighten the Nut with a toothed washer.
There's some slip between Brake Band (Rining)
and Drum.
Do some aging by turning the Tub I c.w. direction
or change the Gear Mechanism for a new one,
but it will not cause failure.
There's some playing of helical Sun Gear up and
down. Change the Gear Mechanism for a new one, but
it will not cause failure.
Motor
The gap between rotor and stator of Motor is
irregular. Change the Motor for a new one, but it will not
cause failure.
Motor Pulley is cracked. Change the Motor Pulley for a new one.
Bolt and Nut of the Motor Pulley are loosed or
cracked.
Thighten or change the Bolt and Nut.
Pulsator Pulsator Touches the Tub I.
Change the Pulsator for a new one or cut out the
touching part of Pulsator.
V-Belt
There's some slip between Motor Pulley and
V-Belt.
Adjust the tension of V-Belt.
Others
Some alien substances are in the Tub (coins,
clips, buttons, etc.).
Eliminate the alien substances.
Pressure Switch
P.C.B. As
Drain Motor
Drain Housing
Drain Housing was clogged with remains. Clean the Drain Housing.
Draining
The washer does
not drain.
Drain does not
Stop.

CHART. Refer to the TROUBLE SHOOTING FLOW
CHART.
Washing
& Rinsing
Damage of textile
Scratch or edge part of Tub I, Pulsator, Pulsator
Screw.
Remove the flash, round the edge part or
change the scratched parts (especially the edge
of the lower part of Guide Filter).
Flash or gate of Cover Tub O and Balancer.
Remove the flash and edge part of Cover Tub O
and Balancer.
