Things to Know about Sabbath Mode

When the oven is cooking, touching the up (
∧
) and
down (
∨
) arrows (see picture), tells the oven to raise
the temperature by 25°F (14°C). In compliance with
Jewish law, the bake elements will be adjusted ran
-
domly when these keys are touched and no changes
will be seen on the display.

You can store a variety different Sabbath settings
using the My Modes feature (see page 28) and
then, select the one you want to use each time.
