Tools > DDNS

DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name System) is a method of keeping a domain name linked to a changing IP Address.

This is a useful feature since many computers do not use a static IP addresses.

DDNS:

Select Enable or Disable.

DDNS Server Type:

Select a DDNS server type from the drop-down menu.

DDNS Username:

Enter the DDNS username.

DDNS Password:

Enter the DDNS password and reenter it in the next box to confirm.

Hostname to register:

Enter another domain name to replace the selected DDNS server (optional).
