Select
Dial-up Network
from the drop-down menu.
Enter the telephone number you use to reach your dial-up provider.
Enter the account name for your dial-up service.
Enter your password and then retype the password in the next box.
Choose the amount of minutes of inactivity before the connection is
dropped. Choose ‘0” if you want to never drop the connection.
Select either
Always-on
,
On-Demand
, or
Manual
.
Choose the speed of your modem connection from the drop-down
menu.
Enter the primary and secondary DNS server addresses.
If your ISP gave you a static IP address for your connections, enter it here.
Add any additional settings provided by your ISP here.
