IP Address – 

The device address to be pinged. 

 

Packet Count – 

The number of packets delivered in the ping operation. 

 

Packet Size – 

The size of each packet delivered to the device. 

 

Packet Timeout – 

The amount of time the system waits until it stops sending the 

packet. 

 

Delay – 

The amount of time the system waits between the last packet it sent, and 

the next packet to be sent in the sequence. 

 

Trap on Completion – 

Whether or not to send traps to the management station 

after ping is completed.
