create ipif 

Parameters 

<ipif_name 12> – The name of the IP 
interface can be up to 12 alphaneumeric 
characters. 

<network_address> – IP address and 
netmask of the IP interface to be created.  
You can specify the address and mask 
information using the traditional format 
(for example, 10.1.2.3/255.0.0.0 or in 
CIDR format, 10.1.2.3/16). 

<vlan_name 32> – The name of the VLAN 
corresponding to the System IP interface. 

state [enabled|disabled] – Allows you to 
enable or disable the IP interface. 

Restrictions none. 

 

Example Usage: 

To create an IP interface named “Tiberius”:
