3.3 SUMMARY OF PROGRAM
This programme is used mainly when high capacity is required or for goods requiring minimal lm as lm
application ends at the top of the pallet.
1. Press the start button.
2. The board starts to rotate at medium speed.
3. After approx. half a revolution, pre-stretch starts and the board speed increases to a preset value.
4. When the number of bottom wraps (which is preset) have been counted, the elevator starts to move up.
5. When the photo cell on the elevator comes on above the goods, the elevator stops after approx. 1 second.
6. The number of top wraps (which is preset) is counted, after which the board speed is reduced to low
speed and then stops in its starting position.
7. The lm is cut manually and the elevator is moved back down by pressing the start button.
This programme is used for "normal" pallet goods as lm application takes place at both the top and the
bottom.

2. The board starts to rotate at medium speed.
3. After approx. half a revolution, pre-stretch starts and the board speed increases to a preset value.
4. When the number of bottom wraps (which is preset) have been counted, the elevator starts to move up.
5. When the photo cell on the elevator comes on above the goods, the elevator stops after approx. 1 second.
6. The number of top wraps (which is preset) is counted, after which the elevator starts
to move back down: position 2 is independent of the elevator speed when moving up.
7. When the elevator arrives in its bottom position, it stops and the board continues to rotate ap-
prox. one revolution. The speed is then reduced to low speed and it then stops in its starting position

This programme is designed to provide additional water protection for the pallet goods by allowing the
elevator to move upwards slowly enough to allow the lm wraps to overlap one another, with a higher
wrap on top of a lower wrap, and by surrounding the top lm with stretch lm on both the inside and the
outside.

2. The board starts to rotate at medium speed.
3. After approx. half a revolution, pre-stretch starts and the board speed increases to a preset value.
4. When the number of bottom wraps (preset) have been counted, the elevator starts to move up.
5. When the photocell on the elevator comes on above the goods, the elevator stops after approx. 1 second .
6. The board continues to rotate by approx. 1 1/2 revolutions.
7. The elevator goes down by approx. 20 cm.
8. The board speed is reduced to low speed and the board then stops in its starting position.
9. The top lm is placed above the pallet, then the start button is actuated.
10. The board starts to rotate again, while at the same time the elevator starts to move up until the photo
cell stops it.
11. The number of top wraps (preset) is counted, after which the elevator starts to move back down.
12. When the elevator arrives in its bottom position, it stops and the board continues to rotate approx. one
revolution. The speed is then reduced to low speed and it then stops in its starting position.
