An index is a number that divides a track into some sections. Depending on how a disk is encoded,
there may not be any index recorded.

Scene
On a VIDEO CD with PBC functions, the menu screens, moving pictures and still pictures are
divided into sections called scenes. Each scene is assigned a scene number enabling the user to more
easily locate the desired scene.

Note on Video CD PBC (Playback Control)

This player currently conforms to versions 1.1 and 2.0 of VIDEO CD standards.
