Once the machine’s motor has started, it must be secured with both hands. Place
the right hand on the throttle trigger handle and the left handle on the opposite
handle. In this position, exhaust gases will be ejected away from the operator.
WARNING
Please do not forget to wear gloves, safety
goggles and hearing protectors.
NOTICE
Operators must pay attention to the tone of
the noise emitted by the machine. Any
variations could be an indication of a
malfunction or potential breakdown.
4.4 Work cycle
Depending on the terrain’s characteristics, the posts’ diameter, the motor’s speed
and the driving time, the maximum daily number of posts per operator is as
follows:

RIVING POSTS
Place the post in a horizontal position, on the ground and with the tip pointing
down into the desired installation location.
The post driver must be fitted with a hammer cover that corresponds to the post’s
diameter.
With assistance from a second operator, place the post driver in a horizontal
position and insert the other end of the post in the hammer cover.
Place the tip of the post on the ground and pivot the post and post driver until
they are in a vertical position or at the required working angle.
