• This command is ignored if the next horizontal tab position has not been set.

• If the next horizontal tab is outside the print area, the printer will print the entire
contents of the print buffer, then proceed with the processing of the horizontal tabs from
the beginning of the following line.

• The horizontal tabs are set through the command $1B $44.
