[Description]

Sets the horizontal tabs.
• nspecifies the number of columns for setting a horizontal
tab from the beginning of the line.
• k indicates the total number of horizontal tabs to be set.

[Notes]

• The horizontal tab is stored as a value of [character width x

n] measured from the beginning of the line. The width of the
character includes the space to the right of the character and
double width characters are set with a width which is double
that of normal characters.
