Pre-Ride Checklist

We recommend you perform each of the checks on this list before each ride.

• Check the tires for any cuts or unusual wear.
• Check the folding handlebar hinge and make sure it is properly closed and locked.

Make sure the handlebar turns freely and is not obstructed.

• Check all cables and wires to make sure they are not frayed or broken.
• Check the brake lever and make sure it is mounted tightly on the handlebar.
• Pull the brake lever to make sure that it does not bottom out on the handlebar and

the brake holds the scooter from being pushed forward.

• If your scooter is equipped with a seat assembly, check to make sure it is properly

installed and tightened.

• Check all 4 axle nuts to make sure they are tight.
• Finally...check you helmet! Is it properly buckled on? Good!

Ride Safe! Obey all local traffic laws and always ride with your helmet on! It’s the cool
thing to do. Just watch the pros who ride... any 2 wheel vehicle!
