When necessary, it is possible to switch on the oven light to
check the cooking, acting on the light button
; after press-
ing it, the icon will turn green.
Press the same button to turn it off (the icon will change to
white again).
G - Adjusting the steam holes

In the back of the cooking chamber there are some steam
holes: they can be more or less open to keep the degree of
humidity more suited to the type of product to bake in the
cooking chamber.
To open the vents, hold continuously the
button: they begin
to open gradually. To lock them in the desired position, just re-
lease the button.

To stop cooking, press the ON/OFF button
: the oven goes
into stand-by mode.
If starts and stops are scheduled (see chapter
Programmed
switch-on (calendar)
on page
22
), the oven will go into
stand-by mode automatically.
