Automatic
The automatic entry of steam during a cooking process is fully
managed by the system on the basis of the parameters set by
the user.
Fig.19.
A
Go to the "Service" page.
B
Go to the "Programs" page.
C
Set a program (e.g. BAKING TIN), entering, in addition to the
usual cooking parameters (chamber temperature, element
percentages, etc.), the following values:
•
T ON
(time in seconds for the delivery of steam);
•
T OFF
(time in seconds without delivery of steam);
•
number of steam cycles
(i.e. how many steam cycles
must be performed), the value must be greater than or
equal to 1.
If the number of steam cycles is set to "0", the steamer
operates in manual mode. To use it, see the previous
paragraph "Manual".
Make sure that the set cooking time exceeds or equals
the sum of the set steaming times
For more information see the example below.
Setting example:
T ON:
10 sec.
T OFF:
50 sec.
Number of steaming cycles:
5
Sum of the set times
No. of cycles x (T OFF + T ON)
5
x (
50 sec.
+
10 sec.
) =
5
x
60 sec.
= 300 sec. = 5 minutes
Therefore the cooking time must not be less than 5 minutes.
D
Confirm the set values with “OK”.
Use
Example:
At the start of the "CLASSIC PIZZA" pro-
gram, after pressing the
button, the
steamer will come on automatically.
The first of five steam delivery cycles will
then start:
CYCLE1
no steam delivery for
50 sec.
(T OFF)
steam delivery for
10 sec.
(T ON)
CYCLE2
no steam delivery for
50 sec.
(T OFF)
steam delivery for
10 sec.
(T ON)
etc. until CYCLE5 is reached, as per the
number of steam cycles
