A counter inside the oven counts the work hours carried out; after a certain number of 
hours, a pop-up appears on the display that warns about the need to carry out maintenance 
on the oven. After carrying out the required operation (for example cleaning under the 
stones), it is necessary to restart the working hours count from zero, resetting the counter.
