Installation
Smoke extraction
The oven is fitted with a flue in the back to get rid of the steam
from the cooking chamber and the flue gas.
The gas from the cooking chamber and from the door open-
ing can be conveyed outside through the manufacturer’s hood
(under-hood type).
using metal clamps (not supplied), connect to it a Ø200mm
[Ø7.87in] flue tube (not supplied). The flue tube must be for the
exclusive use of the equipment, in stainless steel resistant to
high temperatures and must comply with current regulations.
The hood is not equipped with a suction motor, however it is
possible to connect it to a
suitable user suction system
(the
extractor, the flue tube and the clamps are nOT supplied by the
manufacturer).

maximum of 20 linear meters [787.4 in.], three curves and a ter-
minal on the roof ).
