If a previously stored PJS file number was entered, the screen will display the following

Press the ENTER key to overwrite the previous code. Press the CLEAR key to preserve
previously recorded PJS files. Note: PJS files 01, 02, and 03 cannot be replaced. (Note:
File 3 can be replaced if EBS is not enabled.)

14. PRINTING

REPORTS:

Cummins printer IDP3535 is recommended for use with JetSort. Both the printer and
JetSort must be initialized to the same baud rate and parity for them to properly work
together. Contact your local branch office for proper initialization instructions.

JetSort can generate a number of printed reports including a Batch, Sub-Batch, Bag and
Day total reports.

Reports are generated automatically or by operator demand depending on how the Set-
Up functions are configured.

If the Printer Set-Up is set to AUTO, Batch and Sub-Batch reports will be generated
automatically whenever a Batch or Sub-Batch is ended.

If the Printer Set-Up is set to DEMND, you must press the PRINT key to generate
reports.
