SECTION 2 JETSORT 1000 Series OPERATION
6.
CONTINUING AND ENDING BATCHES & SUB- BATCHES:
Continuing and ending Batches and Sub-Batches varies depending on whether the End
Key function is set to "Needed" or "Not Needed" in Set-Up. Your JetSort is shipped with
“Not Needed” as the default setting. With the End Key function set to "Not Needed",
after processing coin, you may:
1. Begin a new Sub-Batch by pressing the SUB-BATCH key again.
2. Continue the first Sub-Batch by loading more coin and pressing
the CONT key.
3. End the current Sub-Batch by pressing the END key. Pressing
the END key a second time will end the current Batch.
With the End Key function set to "Needed", after processing coin, you may:
1. End the current Sub-Batch by pressing the END key.
2. Begin a new Sub-Batch by pressing the END key, followed by
the SUB-BATCH key,
3. Continue a Sub-Batch by loading more coin and pressing the
CONT key, or
4. End the current Sub-Batch and current Batch by pressing the
END key twice.
When the End Key function is set to "Needed", a Sub-Batch is ended only when the END
key is pressed. All coin sorted after beginning a Sub-Batch is counted toward the current
Sub-Batch until the END key is pressed. Press the END key once to end the current
Sub-Batch and press it twice to end the current Batch.
