Coins Per Oil

Determine the frequency with which the oil is to be dispensed. The number selected
represents “coins in oil per thousand.” The range can be set from 1 to 99. For example,
If the number 4 is entered, a drop of oil will be dispensed every 4,000 coins. A setting of
4 or 5 is recommended for everyday use.

Use the numeric keypad to select the desired setting and press ENTER. Press the
CONT key to space to the left. Ensure the cursor is to the right of the desired setting
otherwise entry will not be accepted. Press CLEAR to erase entry.

Determine the length of time that the oiling motor is activated. This determines the
amount of oil to be dispensed. A factory setting of .10 is recommended. This number
represents seconds.

If “Coins Per Oil” is set to 4, and “Oil Pulse Width” is set to .10, the oiling motor will
activate for one tenth of a second every 4,000 coins and dispense one drop of oil onto
the sorting disk.
