Format:
* 4 1 MN abc d #
MN = CO line port number (01-16)
abcd = Extension number
Description: Certain extension to access only one appointed CO line. Even if other
CO lines are free, the assigned extension(s) disable to access those idle CO lines.
But the incoming call on other CO line(s) can be transferred to assigned extension..
Example: Extension 8032 to use CO line 07 only.

* Not allowed assign two CO lines for one extension ( maximum has only one
CO line for each extension), the last setting will overwrite the previous one.
Format:
* 4 3 abcd #
abcd = Extension number;
Description: Cancel certain extension(s) to use only one appointed CO line .
Example: Cancel extension 8032 to access only a designated CO line.
