T h e C S A
M e g a - M e m o r y ™
D R A M d a u g h t e r - b o a r d i s a v a i l a b l e i n t w o
different versions: one that has sockets for DIP memory chips and fits in
the A1000 and A500, and one that has ZIP memory chips soldered directly
into the board and fits in the A2000, as well as the A1000 and A500.
Installation of the two versions is the same, except that the ZIP version
does not have any jumpers to configure, or chips to install. Refer to your
manual, section 8, for full instructions.
To help you identify which version of the DRAM daughter-board you have,
each version has a unique assembly number. The DIP socketed board for

” . T h e s o l d e r e d - i n Z I P
version for the A2000, A1000, and A500 is labeled “

”. If
