Use
Position the cones equally spaced according to
the exercise.
Training notices
• The following exercises are only a selection of
many. For additional exercises please refer to
the respective technical literature.
• Warm up well before each training session.
Exercises
Exercise 1 (Fig. A)
Line up the cones in a zigzag pattern.
1. Stand with both feet in front of the first
cone (A). Position the body toward the
last cone.
2. Draw in your navel and flex your abdominal
muscles.
3. Keep your body flexed, bend your arms and
run sidewards toward the second cone (B).
Do not cross over your legs and keep the body
toward the last cone.
4. Circle the cone and continue running sideways
to the next cone (C).
5. Slightly bend your knees, touch the cone (D)
and run sideways to the next cone.
6. Circle the cone and continue running sideways
to the next cone.
7. Repeat this sequence.
