Balance Cushion
Introduction
We congratulate you on the purchase of your new
product. You have chosen a high quality product.
Familiarise yourself with the product before using it
for the first time. In addition, please carefully refer
to the operating instructions and the safety advice
below. Only use the product as instructed and only
for the indicated field of application. Keep these
instructions in a safe place. If you pass the product
on to anyone else, please ensure that you also pass
on all the documentation with it.
Intended use
The product is intended to be a piece of training
equipment for use in private households. It is not
approved for installation and use in ther apeutic or
professional gyms. Suitable only for adults and
those aged over 14. Any use of the product other
than that described above or any alteration to the
product is not allowed and can lead to injuries and /
or damage to the product. The manufacturer does
not assume any liability for damage arising from
improper use.
The product is not intended for commercial use.

Keep
the product out of the hands of children. This
product is not a toy! This product must not be
used by children.

Never leave children unsupervised with the
packaging materials. Packaging materials pre-
sent a suffocation hazard. Children often un-
derestimate danger. Always keep the product
out of reach of children.

Make sure that the maximum weight
of 120 kg is not exceeded. Other-
wise there is a risk of injury and / or
damage to the product.
Before using it for the first time, get your doctor
to carry out a general check-up and explain to
you any possible cardiovascular or orthopaedic
problems. Immediately stop the training session
and consult a doctor if you feel any pain or do
not feel well.
Check the product for damage and / or wear
and tear before using it.
CAUTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!
It
already has the best possible amount of air in
it. Only fill the product with new air if air has
escaped from it (see Fig. A-D).
Do not store the product in temperatures lower
than 15 °C. Air-filled products are sensitive to
low temperatures.
Store the product in a dry safe place after use.
Do not leave the product unattended.
Do not store the product for prolong.
Inflating / Deflating
Take out the inflation needle from the handle of
the air pump (see Fig. A-B).
Screw the inflation needle onto the air pump
(see Fig. C).
Insert the inflation needle into the valve on the
balance cushion, hold the pump at an angle as
illustrated (see Fig. D) and inflate the balance
cushion until the surface is even and no higher
than 6.5 cm.
Note:
The balance cushion should always
contain enough air that you cannot feel the
