Troubleshooting
The table after this paragraph provides corrective action for possible trouble

C2N-MMS Troubleshooting
TROUBLE POSSIBLE CAUSE(S) CORRECTIVE ACTION
PWR LED does
not illuminate. C2N-MMS is not
receiving power. Verify that cables plugged
into the NET ports are
secure.
NET LED does
not illuminate. Improper Net ID is set. Verify that C2N-MMS Net ID
matches the Net ID in SIMPL
Windows. Refer to “Identity
Code” on page 9.
Cables improperly
connected. Verify that all cables are
secure.
Incorrect EQ and/or
Boost compensation
settings. Adjust EQ and/or Boost
compensation settings.
Display device not
configured properly. Configure display device to
match output frequency.
Poor picture
quality (RGB).
Incorrect sync input
impedance. Set DIP switches to lower
sync input impedance.
Poor picture
quality (Video). Cables improperly
connected. Verify that all cables are
secure.
