Replace it with suitable brush

Check belt, adjust tension pulley

Inefficiency vacuum
Recovery tank is full
Empty the recovery tank
Sewage suction hose and squeegee probably

Connect squeegee and sewage

Float ball filter or vacuum inlet block
Clean float ball filter then check the
ball location
Squeegee blade with dirt or abrasion
Clean or replace the squeegee blade
Recovery tank lid not closed well or tank
sealing strip abrasion
Cover the lid correctly, or replace
the sealing strip
Spray water not enough
Filter with dirt
Clean the filter
Squeegee leaves trace
Debris or fragments on squeegee blade
Remove the debris or fragments
Squeegee abrasion or with crack or aging
Replace new squeegee
Balance of squeegee not adjusted
Adjust the balance of squeegee
NOTE
If the machine is equipped with on-board charger (optional), the machine can’t be operated if there is
any trouble of the charger. Please contact the our company qualified maintenance center.

SCRAPPING
Scrap the machine by the qualified waste treatment institution.
Before the machine is scrapped, please take away and segregate below subassembly that relevant laws and
regulations request must be disposed in appropriate way.
