Top storage tray
Install power outlet, power cord, top storage tray, drawer and wooden top
Top storage tray assembly
Fold the top storage tray (K) as shown.
1. Attach the power outlet (P) to the right side of bench using
tapping screws (FF) as shown.
2. Remove the protective ring (O) from the power cord hole in
the back of the bench. Push plug through the cord hole. Work
the protective ring over the cord plug onto the cord. Insert
ring back into cord hole.
3. Lower the top storage tray (K) onto the two posts extending
from the top of the pegboard (J). There is a slot on each side
of the tray bottom into which the posts insert.
4. Slide the drawer (G) into the drawer slide for sliding drawer (I)
underneath the top tray (F) as shown.
5. Place the wooden top (M) onto the top tray (I) as shown.
6. Insert the five hooks (N) into the left side of the bench as
shown.
Removing drawer
Pull drawer out so that it is almost fully extended. Push up
on release lever on right side of drawer while pushing down
release lever on left side of drawer. Pull the drawer outward
until it releases from the drawer slides.
1. Slide the tray side boards (L) into position as shown on each
side of tray and attach with four (AA) screws.
2. Unfold each lid hinge to full extension. Use one BB bolt and
one (CC) nut to attach hinge to tab on each side of lid. (A
wrench is required for this step.)
3. Insert the two protective rings (O) into the back of the top
storage tray as shown.
4. Use 2 screws (GG) to install the handle (Q) and fasten the
screw onto the top storage tray (K). Cover the handle ends
with 2 plastic covers for handle (R).
