Warranty period
The warranty policy of this device is specified in a contract; otherwise the
warranty period is 12 months (one year) since the date of installation.
Exemption of liability
Failure to comply with all the instructions in this manual strictly will release the
manufacturers from their statutory liability. In addition, CPS shall not be liable
in case of the following events, including but not limited to:
1.
Damages caused during transportation;
2.
The device is not used or stored in conditions in conformance with its
electrical or environmental specifications;
3.
Damages caused by improper or improper use during installation and
operation;
4.
Devices or software are changed without prior authorization;
5.
Ignore safety warning and mandatory safety specifications marked
on the device and written in its related document;
6.
Unexpected disasters or force majeure.
Warranty clause
1.
CPS will repair the faulty device or replace it with new ones during
the warranty period;
2.
The non-conformance substitutes should be returned to CPS;
3.
Reasonable time should be provided to CPS for the change or repair
work.
