Restart the Monitoring System
1. Turn the monitoring system on. Ensure it powers
on correctly.
2. Listen for the audible beep that indicates the sound
is working.
3. Look at the display and ensure that it turns on and
that you see the SpO
2
and pulse rate areas.
4. If the monitoring system is operating correctly,
attach the sensor to the monitoring system and to
the patient.
5. Monitor the patient as usual.
