The middle sleeve has
fallen.

Verify whether the all-weather seal is on the
inner post and at proper position.

Check whether the stopper kit is
broken/missing.

Call your local dealer for the reassembly
procedure.

pe hatch doesn’t
open/close

The cover raises

A drive shaft has fallen

Call your local dealer immediately.
The cover raises, but

The cam plate is

Certified electrician only o pens the operator and
check for faulty up and down limit switches.

Verify whether there is any corrosion on the
terminals. If yes, clean the terminals.

Open the key switch terminal and check for
faulty switches.

Verify whether any wires are cut/pinched.
The cover lowers, but
does not raise.

The cam plate is
missing.

The key switch is faulty.
