8.1 SU/SUC1R5 Derating Curve

If you derate the output current, you can use the unit in the tem-
perature range from -40

C

 to the maximum temperature shown 

below.

(1) In the case of Convection Cooling

(2) In the case of Forced Air Cooling (1m/s)
