There is pairing problem between
devices
If you see an exclamation mark with a
chain symbol in the mobile app or the
pairing light of heater control unit is
rapidly blinking, this shows a
connection error between devices.
If you encountered with the problem for
the first time and it did not resolve
itself, please follow the steps below.
- You can control the power of both
devices: Make sure Wireless Heater
Control Unit’s power light is on and
thermostat displays the current room
temperature when the top button is
pressed.
If this situation occurs time to time and
resolves itself, you may try the
following steps.
- You may try to change stance angles
of both devices.
- If the internet connection is made
through Alarko By Cosa Wireless
Heater Control Unit, place the device in
an open and high position away from
the metal surfaces of your boiler as
much as possible.
