Safety

1.1

Intended use

By using the unit as intended you will not only protect yourself, but also prevent damage oc-
curring to the unit and its components!
The  intended  use  of  undercounter  coolers  from  the  Energize 2-5 HC  series  (referred  to  as
“unit” in the following) is to refrigerate and convey non-alcoholic beverages and their basic in-
gredients. CO

 or electric pumps are used as conveying equipment for the brands.

The unit is only suitable for stationary installation in a closed room. Stationary installation is to
be carried out by an expert in compliance with all of the specifications given in the installation
and service manual; see the document “Undercounter cooler installation and service manual”,
document no. TD1002100.
The unit may only be operated in locations and ambient conditions which meet all of the re-
quirements of an installation location; see the document “Undercounter cooler installation and
service manual”, document no. TD1002100.
In particular, intended use means that you will carry out all activities with and on the unit to the
specifications provided in this document.
This unit is only to be operated by those who meet the requirements set out in this document;
see chapter 1.3.2.
Work on the unit and its components not included in the activities described in this document
may only be performed by experts; see chapter 1.3.3.
