automatically drains the excess of oil.
4. In the event of breakage of a hydraulic pipe feeding the cylinder, a safety stud
valve prevents uncontrolled drop of the lifting platform.
5. Pneumatic pressure relief valve. It is set at the max working pressure (10 Bar) and
it automatically releases the excess of air.
WAYS OF STOPPING
To interrupt both the rise and fall of the platform lift just release the selector/pedal
“PUMP” (B/D Fig.11) or button/pedal “RELEASE” (A/E Fig.11) (hands-on control).
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the oleopneumatic system has a leak that is suf fi cient to compromise the proper
operation of the rack, proceed as follows:
a) Raise the rack to its upper limit;
b) Remove its housing (D
fi g. 7);
c) Firmly tighten all the couplings or replace any lines that are damaged with the cor-
respondent spare parts;
d) Replace the housing.
In case of faults not foreseen by these instructions, contact our aftersales service re-
ferring to the spare part code and the position of the single piece shown on the draw-
ing of the Spare parts booklet supplied with the machine.

The “Spare parts” booklet does not authorize the user to carry out work on the
machine unless expressly speci
fi ed in the instruction manual, but does enable
him to provide accurate information to the assistance service in order to reduce
downtime.

WARNING
Before proceeding with any adjustments or maintenance, the rack must be posi-
tioned in the con
fi guration shown in fi g. 13, disconnect the machines pneumatic
supply and ensure that all moving parts are blocked by engaging the mechani-
cal safety lock (A
fi g.8) in its latch (B fi g.8).
ATTENTION
Do not remove or make changes to any part of this machine (only the assist-
ance service may do this).
