WARNING
Before dismantling couplings or piping ensure that there are no liquids under
pressure.
The air and oil that leaks out under pressure can cause serious injury.
ATTENTION
Any oil changes or top-ups made with oils that do not comply with the standard
can reduce the lifespan and performance of the machine.
WARNING
Any type of intervention aimed at changing the calibration of the pumps work-
ing pressure is strictly prohibited.
The constructor declines any responsibility for damages caused by tampering
with said calibrations.
WARNING
Keep the work area clean.
Do not clean the machine with compressed air or jets of water.
When cleaning the area take steps to avoid raising dust as far as possible
- In order to give a longer life and better performance to the machine, it is advisable to
periodically clean with solvents compatible with the environment and grease all mov-
ing parts.
- Check all the hydraulic pipes to make sure that there are no defects and/or leaks.
Defects and/or leaksin the hydraulic system must only be repaired by expert person-
nel.
- For a correct operation of the hydraulic circuit control the oil level in the reservoir (B
fi
g.7 BL 600)(C
fi
g.7 BL 600 M). Any top-ups must be made with ESSO IDRAL EP46
or similar oils.
- (BL 600) This operation must be carried out with the rack raised to its upper limit. The oil con-
tent in the reservoir must be between the two MIN and MAX marks (B
fi
g.7).
- (BL 600 M) This operation must be carried out with the rack raised to its lower limit. The oil
content in the reservoir must be between the two marks (C
fi
g.7).
WARNING
Before proceeding with this last operation remember to disconnect the pneu-
matic supply.
- The components in the construction of the rack are not subject to wear, therefore
intermittent inspections are quite suf
fi
cient to check that they are in good order. After
commissioning, the rack should be controlled by an engineer at least once a year.
