WARRANTY INFORMATION
CorDES warrants the items purchased to be free from defects in materials and workmanship,
and that they conform to the requirements of the Purchase Order or Contract at the time of final
acceptance by the customer. CorDES
’s liability under this Warranty shall begin on the date of
final acceptance and terminate 12 months thereafter. Written notice of any defects shall be
given to CorDES upon discovery of these defects by the customer. Upon receipt of notification,
CorDES will provide return instructions to the customer. Once the equipment is received,
CORDES will inspect the equipment to determine the cause and extent of the defect and if the
defect is determined to be covered under this Warranty. CorDES will correct such defects by
repair, modification, or replacement at its option without charge. In no event shall CorDES
’s
liability under this Warranty exceed the cost of repair or replacing such defective item and under
no circumstances shall CorDES be liable for special or consequential damages. The buyer shall
indemnify CorDES against all claims arising on account of economic losses, which may arise
subject to this provision. Customer is responsible for shipping costs to the CorDES facility.
CorDES will pay shipping costs returning item to the customer.
This Warranty constitutes CorDES
’s sole and exclusive liability here under and the customer’s
sole and exclusive remedy for defective or non-conforming items and is in lieu of all other
warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory (including the warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose).
