If the DVR is connected to the internet it can be set to send an email to up to 5 different 
people. 
The email will contain details of the DVR and the event that triggered the email. In 
addition if the event is a alarm input or motion detect a snapshot of the event will be 
attached. 
 
The email will be sent if various events take place, these must be set in the event section

To set up email you must have set the DNS in the network settings. 
 
You will need to have all the details for the outgoing email account as well as the
