There are four port settings that the DVR uses to communicate on a network.
HTTP Port The http port is used to send web pages from the DVR to a remote
computer.
Port 80 is the standard port for web browsers such as Internet Explorer.
This can be changed for security if required
Command Port This is used to send and receive commands from
remote computers
Video Port This is used to stream video to remote computers
Mobile Port This is used to stream video to windows mobile or
iPhone devices
All the ports can be changed but care should be taken as the port settings in the DVR
must match open ports in the router, and the router must be set for port forwarding for
remote access across the internet.
